The Studio-
Wren House Design is based in Gilbert, Arizona and works with clients both locally and worldwide. Depending on the scope of the project, services can be offered in person, remotely, or through a combination of both.

Yes. We work with clients across a range of locations and are always happy to discuss whether your project is the right fit for our process. Remote and long-distance projects receive the same level of care and consideration as anything we design locally.

We focus on new construction, spec builds, and full-scale renovations, along with furnishing and styling for homes of notable size and scope. Each project is approached with the same emphasis on thoughtful function, lasting materials, and a home that feels deeply considered.

You'll hear from our team within 24–48 hours of submitting your inquiry, letting you know whether your project is a fit to schedule a consultation - or if it's not quite the right match for our team at this time.

Yes - consultations are $450. If you move forward with a full-service project, that fee is applied directly toward your investment with us.

Just come ready to talk - about your project's scope, the style you're drawn to, and where things stand (an architect or builder already in place, a rough timeline in mind). Most of all, come ready to share your goals: what does success look like for you at the end of this project?
new construction-
Yes. While we don't replace your architect or provide architectural or engineering services, we can review plans from an interior-design perspective and recommend adjustments to improve functionality, furniture layouts, cabinetry, lighting and the overall experience of the home. Any changes requiring architectural or engineering approval are coordinated with the appropriate professional.

Yes. Our new construction projects include detailed design documentation appropriate to our scope, which may include interior elevations, cabinetry and millwork drawings, finish schedules, fixture specifications and other information your construction team needs to execute the design.

The earlier, the better. Ideally, we join your team during the architectural planning phase, before plans are finalized and construction begins. This allows us to review the home through an interiors lens, collaborate with your architect and builder, and make thoughtful decisions about space planning, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, finishes and architectural details before changes become costly.

Yes. Our design services include up to two site visits during construction, but our involvement doesn’t end once the design phase is complete. As construction begins, we naturally take a step back and allow our trusted building partners to take the lead on the day-to-day execution of the project while we remain available to support the design and answer questions as needed.
For clients who would like us to be more actively involved throughout construction, additional support can be added at either a flat rate or hourly, depending on the level of involvement desired. This may include additional site visits, ongoing collaboration with your builder and trades, and design support as details arise in the field.
We never simply hand over the plans and disappear -we remain part of the team through the project, with our level of involvement tailored to what you and your builder need during construction.

We’d love to take your home all the way to the finish line. Furnishings and styling can be added to your custom home project as a separate service, allowing us to design the furniture, window treatments, rugs, art, accessories and finishing details alongside the architectural design of your home.
We begin thinking about furnishings alongside the hardscape and finish selections, so the home is designed as one cohesive vision from the beginning. Once we have a clear direction for the materials, finishes and overall feel of the home, we dive deeper into the furnishings -refining furniture selections, textiles, rugs, window treatments, art and styling to complement everything we’ve already designed.
Our full-service furnishings process includes sourcing, procurement, receiving and inspection, delivery coordination, and final installation and styling. The goal is simple: when construction wraps, your home doesn’t just feel finished -it feels like your home.
renovations-
Yes. Full-scale renovation is one of our core services. We're involved from the earliest planning stages all the way through final installation, guiding decisions around layout, materials, and finishes so the process feels considered at every step, not just at the end.

Absolutely - furnishing and styling is another one of our core services, and it pairs naturally with a renovation project. Once the space is complete, we handle everything from sourcing to final installation, so the finished home feels just as considered as the architecture around it.

We can really only speak to the design timeline, since construction time depends on your builder and contractor. Our design phase generally starts at a minimum of 8 weeks, and we'll build out a more specific estimate with you once we understand the full scope of your project.

Yes. We regularly collaborate with contractors and architects throughout a project. If you don't already have one, we're happy to provide a list of our preferred partners, all of whom we've personally vetted for their communication, craftsmanship, and follow-through.

Absolutely. When appropriate, we’re happy to incorporate existing pieces that feel meaningful, functional, or aligned with the overall direction of the home. The goal is always to create a space that feels layered and personal, not overly new or overdone.
furnishing-
No. Wren House Design handles purchasing and procurement on your behalf. This allows us to manage orders, communicate with vendors, track lead times and coordinate receiving and installation while keeping the project moving as one complete design rather than a collection of individual purchases.

Our full-service furnishings projects begin with a minimum furnishings investment of $30,000, separate from our design fees. The overall investment will vary based on the number and size of spaces, the pieces needed, and the level of customization. We’ll talk through anticipated investment early in the process so we can design and source appropriately for your home.

Yes. As a professional design studio, Wren House Design has access to trade pricing with many of the vendors and manufacturers we source from. These relationships are part of what allows us to offer access to designer-exclusive pieces, custom options and resources that may not be available directly to the public.
Our trade pricing is part of our procurement model and is not passed through as a client discount. However, you will never pay more than the current retail price for an item through Wren House Design. Your purchase also includes our management of the ordering process - from placing and tracking orders to communicating with vendors, handling issues and coordinating receiving and installation.

Furniture is delivered to a professional receiving warehouse rather than directly to your home. There, pieces can be received, inspected and stored until we're ready for installation. Once the project is ready, we coordinate delivery and installation so the home comes together intentionally rather than arriving piece by piece over several months.
