New Construction
From the Ground Up
Building a home from scratch is a rare kind of opportunity and we don't take that lightly. We love getting to be in the room early, dreaming alongside you and your builder before a single wall goes up, so that everything about the home, inside and out, feels like it was made just for the way you live.
-
Ideally at the very start, alongside your architect and builder - the earlier we're involved, the more the design can shape the architecture itself, not just what fills it.
-
We're selective about who we build with. Every builder in our network has been vetted for their communication, craftsmanship, and follow-through, because the final result is only as good as the hands that bring it to life. If you already have a builder, we're happy to collaborate closely with them; if you're still deciding, we can make introductions to builders we trust completely.
-
While we're based in Gilbert, we take on select new-build projects beyond Arizona for the right fit. Reach out and let's talk about your home.
Large-Scale Renovation
Reimagined, Not Just Renovated
There's something special about breathing new life into a home that already has history - whether it's one you've loved for years or one you just bought with a vision for what it could be. We come alongside you at whatever stage you're in, and help turn "someday" into a home that finally feels like yours.
-
For smaller projects, often yes. But for larger renovations, we generally recommend finding somewhere else to stay during construction. Living in the middle of a remodel - the noise, the dust, the constant disruption - tends to turn an exciting process into an exhausting one, and we don't want you feeling like you have to act as your own on-site superintendent. Our goal is for the process to feel as good as the finished home.
-
During the design phase, we're all hands on deck - fully immersed with you in every decision. Once construction begins, we shift into the background: available to answer questions as they come up, and on-site when needed to confirm design decisions are being carried out the way we intended. We're not part of the construction team - that's the job of the professionals hired for that work - but we make sure everything we designed together actually makes it onto the walls, the floors, and everywhere in between.
-
Our design phase generally starts at a minimum of 8 weeks, and we'll build out a more specific estimate with you once we understand the full scope of your project.
Furnishing + Styling
The Layer That Makes It Feel Like Home
Furnishings are what turn a well-designed house into a home you can move right into - layering warmth, texture, and personality onto the space. Whether it's the final layer of a full design project or the very reason we're brought in, this is where the vision becomes fully realized.
-
Our furnishing service is fully turnkey. All product goes through a professional receiving service, who inspect and store every piece until it's ready. On install day, they deliver everything and work alongside our team to place each piece exactly where it belongs - so your home comes together seamlessly, not in the boxes and deliveries that usually make furnishing feel chaotic.
-
We source exclusively through trade-only vendors - never retail. Over time, we've built relationships with vendors whose style, price point, and quality genuinely align with our own, and we protect those relationships carefully, as they're part of what allows us to deliver the level of work we do. Depending on your taste and openness to it, we also love incorporating artisan and vintage pieces for something truly one-of-a-kind.
-
This service pairs naturally with a new construction or remodel project - a new build needs furnishings chosen to match its style from scratch, and a full remodel often means larger or reworked spaces that need furniture scaled correctly to fit. That said, we do offer Furnishing + Styling as a standalone service as well, typically for homes with two or more rooms of notable size and scope.
Please note: Our design fee is separate from the furniture, receiving, delivery, and installation costs, and we'll walk you through exactly what that looks like during your consultation.
Love Notes
“I left our meeting with the biggest smile - Alyssa absolutely nailed it! She put so much thought into every detail and truly did the most amazing job. I love so much of what she chose, and I'm just so impressed with her eye and creativity.”
Working with Alyssa from the very beginning of our architectural planning process has been the smoothest, most enjoyable design experience we've had and this is our third custom home build. She truly listened to our vision, collaborated closely with our architect, and nailed the finishes, capturing who we are in every detail.
Her design book has been a standout - a beautifully organized guide that not only showcases our style but clearly communicates every finish and inspiration to our builder. From coordinating with vendors to managing cost-effective solutions, her service goes above and beyond.
She always prioritizes our vision, and we trust her completely. This has been our best build yet, and we have Alyssa to thank for that.

The Wren House Process
Every project follows a clear and considered sequence. You will always know what is happening, what comes next, and why each decision matters to the whole.
01 /Discovery and Vision:
We begin with a deep conversation about your home, your routines, and what you're really hoping to feel once you're living in it.
02 /Conceptualize:
We begin shaping cohesive design concepts - thoughtfully selecting elements and finishes that enhance the flow and feel of your home, chosen to reflect and elevate your vision.
04 /Presentation:
Once the design and drawings are complete, we walk you through everything in a design review - sharing physical samples so you can see, touch, and feel the direction before anything is finalized.
03 /Development:
We refine finish selections based on the concepts you've approved, while drafting detailed elevation drawings for cabinetry and built-ins - turning ideas into something your builder can bring to life.
05 /Sourcing and Installation:
We handle every detail of procurement and installation, compiling final specs down to the smallest finish. On the day we hand over your home, it's complete.

Every project is quoted individually, once we understand the full scope of work. Pricing is based on square footage, the hours we know a project will require, and a realistic timeframe we can complete it within - assuming clear communication and engagement from our clients along the way. We'll walk you through a detailed proposal after your consultation, so there are no surprises.
-
Choosing a designer isn't just about finding someone whose aesthetic you love - it's about finding someone you genuinely connect with. This is a relationship we're building together, often over months, so we have to get along. And just as much as you're getting to know us, we're getting to know you too - because the best work happens when both sides are truly the right fit.
-
It's not a sales pitch - every step of the way, we try to just be ourselves, and genuinely get to know you. Before we even put together a proposal, we're assessing what you're looking for, the style you're drawn to, and how involved you see yourself being in the process. Once you sign on as a client, we go deeper - more personal conversations, plus a questionnaire to fill in the gaps - so we truly understand who we're designing for.
-
At this time, we're intentional about the projects we take on - the kind we can fully invest in, not quick or transactional design. Because of that, we don't currently take on smaller projects; we'd rather give a smaller number of homes the deep, considered time they deserve.
